Returned package must be postmarked and shipped within 14 days of receiving the item at the buyers expense,email us if you choose to do so and obtain 
RMA number to ensure a proper credit to your account, the item must be in the original finger size which it was received and undamaged in any way, most refunds are issued within 24 hours after receiving the item.
